Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

1. The trips booked through SriBalajiTravels can be cancelled.
2. There is no cancellation fees except in such cases where the Taxi has already arrived at customer’s location. In such cases Rs.300 as One time cancellation fee has to be paid to the driver.

Refund Policy

1. If you cancel 24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the booked amount will be refund.
2. If you cancel 6 hours before the pick-up time, 80% of the booked amount will be refund.
3. The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer's card account (If payment received by card) or customer's bank account (If payment received through SriBalajiTravels bank account like NEFT, RGTS) or Send through the cheque in the name of the booking customer / Agent (If payment received by cash or cheque at office). No cash refund requests can be entertained.
4. The transaction charges if any will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
